CPA Software Reviews is a reading site. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and nothing to log into, so we do not ask you for personal information to use it.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit a page. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We use them only to keep the site running, fast, and secure.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that information to reply and for nothing else.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not sell or rent visitor information to anyone.

If we add a privacy-focused analytics tool in the future to understand which articles are useful, we will update this policy first and keep the data anonymous and aggregate.

Our reviews and rankings link out to software vendors and other third parties. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. We encourage you to read them, especially before entering payment or client information anywhere.

The site is hosted on Vercel and served over HTTPS. Server logs described above are processed by our hosting provider on our behalf as part of operating the site.

Because we collect so little, there is usually nothing to delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we will delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over personal data, and we will honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

If our practices change, this page changes first, and the effective date below is updated. We will not quietly weaken this policy.
